I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything, from the cleanliness to the hotel facilities, was spot on. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and just a short walk from all the major sites and museums, as well as shopping. Plus, there was a popular gelato place across the street, which was a great bonus. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough for me. They were incredibly helpful when my flight was cancelled, helping me find somewhere else to stay and even printing my new boarding passes. I also appreciated the coffee machine and water cooler in the office, especially after walking around in the heat. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely rebook if I have the chance to visit this city again.
